Job Description:
The Wound, Ostomy & Continence Care Nurse will provide expert care for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence-related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage acute and chronic wounds
- Provide ostomy care, education, and support to patients
- Develop wound care treatment plans and evaluate outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on self-care and prevention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care
