Background

Car & General Nairobi is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to fill the vacant position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending to customers on a First come first served basis.
• Investigation customer complaints and concerns, recording on the job cards and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Explaining to the customer time, cost estimate for labour, oil, spares and outside Labor.
• Informing the customer Incase of delay or cost exceeds.
• Taking road trial of the vehicle to confirm elimination of complaints.
• Explaining about next service due date and pasting next service due sticker.
• Preparing workshop supervisor daily report.
• SAP and DMS job entry.
• Ensuring all the mechanics carry out mandatory jobs in all vehicles.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering
• 1–2 years’ experience in the same field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be of good conduct and integrity.
• Must have valid driving license.
• Must have a better understanding of both TVS Bikes, Piaggio and Briggs and Stratton service and repair
