Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Water Treatment Market, through projects and sales.
• Plan and execute territory coverage strategies, including client mapping and prioritization.
• Proactively engage clients to introduce and promote water treatment products and solutions.
• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct engineering site audits to obtain technical data for residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment system design.
• Assess client technical demands and recommend water treatment options.
• Present technical proposals, quotations, and presentations to customers and prospects.
• Coordinate system design, budgeting, and project execution with internal technical and operations teams.
• Support project implementation, installation, and commissioning activities where required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the water treatment sector.
• Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and project reports in line with management requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Water Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in water treatment projects and solution-based sales.
• Proven experience in design, sizing, or application of water treatment systems (e.g. RO, filtration, softeners, dosing systems).
• Experience conducting engineering site surveys/audits for residential, commercial, or industrial clients.
• Competency in driving with a valid driving license.
