Position Overview

A hospitality establishment located in Suneka, Kisii, is urgently recruiting four (4) proactive and customer-focused Waitresses to join its service team. The role involves managing dining area operations, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and delivering a welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome guests, present menus, provide daily specials recommendations, and answer inquiries warmly.
• Order Management: Accurately record food and beverage orders and coordinate promptly with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Table Service: Serve meals, drinks, and side orders efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and table arrangement standards.
• Dining Area Maintenance: Clear tables, sanitize seating areas, and ensure front-of-house hygiene standards are strictly maintained.
• Payment Processing: Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately at the close of customer meals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in waitressing, customer care, or food service is an added advantage (on-the-job training provided for motivated candidates).
• Skills: Good communication skills, polite telephone/in-person demeanor, and strong multitasking abilities.
• Attributes: Punctual, honest, physically active, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Ready for immediate engagement.
