A popular Food Court located at SGR MOMBASA TERMINUS is seeking for suitable candidates for the following positions:
WAITER/WAITRESS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking and serving orders accurately and promptly.
- Delivering food and beverages to guests and presenting bills.
- Ensuring food presentation, quality and temperature meet standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining area, tables and counters.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Suggestive selling and upselling to enhance guest experience.
- Supporting opening/closing duties and restaurant operations.
- Adhering to restaurant policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate, Diploma or relevant experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Bakery, Business, Accounting or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in a restaurant, bakery or hospitality environment.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage (Cashier & Waiter positions).
- Honest, reliable, organised and able to work in a team.
WORKING HOURS:
- Primarily night shifts. Experience working overnight is an added advantage.
