Position Overview

The Waiter/Waitress will ensure efficient, courteous, and hygienic meal distribution to patients in wards and dining areas, upholding compassionate service standards throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Meal Delivery & Service: Serve food and beverages to patients, hospital visitors, and staff promptly and politely.
• Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness in dining zones and kitchen service hubs.
• Sanitation Compliance: Adhere strictly to institutional hygiene policies during food handling and customer service.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Mandatory Requirement: Valid Food Handlers Certificate.
• Experience: Previous service experience in a healthcare or medical institution is preferred/an added advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: High standards of personal hygiene, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of food safety rules.
