Job Summary:

To coordinate, manage, and support the delivery of virtual and blended learning programs at the medical college, ensuring effective online teaching, learner engagement, and smooth operation of digital learning platforms.

Academic & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience coordinating virtual, online, or blended learning programs.
• Experience working in a medical, healthcare, or academic institution is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of e-learning tools and virtual teaching technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
