RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct routine consultations, vaccinations, and comprehensive physical examinations for small animals.

Interpret diagnostic tests, including bloodwork, X-rays, and ultrasounds, to develop effective treatment plans.

Perform soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures with a high level of proficiency.

Manage acute cases and provide life-saving interventions as required during emergencies.

Explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative care clearly to pet owners.

Maintain accurate and detailed digital medical records for all patients.

Must have at least two years of experience in small animal medicine, preferably within a clinic set-up.

Must be registered with the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB) and hold a current practicing certificate.

REQUIREMENTS

At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in small animal medicine.

Must be registered with the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB).

Must possess a valid and current KVB practicing certificate.

Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) degree from a recognized institution

Proven experience working in a private clinic or hospital set-up is highly preferred.
