As part of our growing Product & UX Research team, we are looking for a passionate User Experience Researcher (UXR) to help uncover critical insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points, shaping the design of our smartphones, software, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research Execution: Lead and contribute to the design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative UX research to understand user behavior, motivations, and challenges.
• User Testing & Insights: Conduct usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and field studies to gather actionable data that informs product design and development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user insights into the product lifecycle.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze research data, synthesize findings, and create comprehensive reports with clear, actionable recommendations to drive product improvements. Experience with data analysis will be considered an added advantage.
• UX Strategy Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring user insights are prioritized in the overall UX strategy at TECNO Mobile.
• Persona & Journey Mapping: Assist in creating user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to inform the design process.
• Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with emerging UX trends, competitive analysis, and new research methodologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or a similar field.
