Role Context

The successful candidates will lead treks, ensure safety, and create memorable experiences for participants.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead treks and guide participants through challenging terrains.
• Ensure safety and well-being of all participants.
• Build team spirit and strong communication.
• Make decisions in dynamic and challenging environments.
• Share knowledge of destinations and trekking routes.
• Handle emergencies and provide first aid when needed.

Requirements

• Age: 23 years and above.
• Proven trekking expertise and familiarity with challenging terrains and destinations.
• Strong communication, team-building, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Medical knowledge, photography, and storytelling skills are a plus.
