Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in tour operations within a travel company.
  • Strong knowledge on ETA, VISA and AMREF application.
  • Strong knowledge of East Africa Safari operations, travel coordination, and reservations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and data handling.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and supporting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end safari bookings by reviewing Booking Service Itineraries (BSIs)
  • Oversee transport logistics, including vehicle allocation and driver scheduling, to ensure seamless ground operations.
  • Deliver end-to-end client experience support, including pre-travel briefings, airport welcomes, in-safari check-ins, and post-travel feedback collection. • Support visa and travel documentation processing, ensuring timely
  • submission and accurate communication with clients.
  • Facilitate smooth inter-departmental coordination between Sales, Reservations, Finance, and Production teams.
  • Successful candidate will be required to report immediately upon appointment.
