Job Summary:
As ROSE Women's Foundation continues to broaden its reach and deepen its impact, we are seeking a dedicated, spiritually grounded, and skilled Training Facilitator to join its vibrant team. The ideal candidate will skillfully deliver engaged and transformative training sessions focused on discipleship, entrepreneurship, and trauma healing-empowering women to deepen their fault, achieve emotional healing, and attain economic empowerment.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality, respectful training sessions in entrepreneurship, discipleship, and trauma healing. This role ensures that participants gain practical life skills while receiving spiritual empowerment to transform their communities. The Facilitator will conduct interactive learning sessions, provide mentorship to participants, and collaborate with the program team to support data collection and reporting. A strong personal commitment to daily spiritual growth, maturity, and a heartfelt passion for holistic women's empowerment is essential.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Training Facilitator will be responsible and accountable for the following core duties:
Facilitate entrepreneurship, discipleship, and trauma healing training sessions in alignment with the organization's approved curriculum.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
