As we continue to scale across Kenya and beyond, we’re looking for a Training & Development Manager to join our People Department and lead our learning agenda across the business.
What the role does:
- Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business priorities
- Design competency-based programs across technical, commercial & support teams
- Lead onboarding, leadership development, coaching, customer excellence & compliance training
- Coordinate all company-wide training activities and divisional calendars
- Support performance-linked development (IDPs, capability uplift, coaching)
- Track ROI of learning through dashboards, reporting & evaluation frameworks
- Manage training vendors, budgets, policies & the learning assistance process
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in Training & Development (preferably in commercial/technical/customer-facing environments)
- Experience managing learning programs or LMS systems
- Strong instructional design, facilitation & stakeholder management ability
- Skilled in evaluation, data analysis and capability development
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, OD, Business or related field
Location: Nairobi
