Key Purpose of the Role
The Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and network systems for clients. The role requires a hands on professional with a strong technical background, good problem-solving skills and excellent customer service orientation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in IT, Telecommunications or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in network maintenance role
- Basic knowledge and skills in installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and network systems
- Technical aptitude in Electrical and Telecommunication Infrastructure
- Good analytical skills. Keen to details.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driving license and experience in driving.
- Knowledge of stringing and rollout of overhead fiber optic cables
- Experienced on work at height using pole climbers and ladders
