Opportunity

We are seeking recent graduates to join our academics team as Teaching Interns from January 2026. This paid internship offers aspiring educators hands-on classroom experience and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to learners’ academic and personal growth, while preparing for a long-term career in teaching.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, developing and delivering engaging, learner-centered lessons tailored to diverse student needs.
  • Support the preparation and administration of assessments and evaluations in line with CBC standards.
  • Facilitate small group or one-on-one learning sessions, as assigned.
  • Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher and maintain classroom discipline.
  • Actively participate in the school's co-curricular and social support programs.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and assist with progress reporting.
  • Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom resources.
  • Monitor and encourage positive learner behavior and peer engagement.
  • Provide regular updates to the class teacher on learner progress.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

  • MUST have a TSC certificate.
  • Have a Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer applications / digital skills.
  • Strong understanding of the CBC curriculum.
  • Being active in extracurricular activities is an added advantage.
