Position Summary

The Pipeline Builder is responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging qualified candidates to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role requires solid experience in recruitment sourcing, advanced candidate search techniques, and the ability to execute targeted strategies to attract top talent across multiple talent markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand, niche, and recurring roles.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Utilize Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of active and passive candidates.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and target profiles.
  • Track sourcing activity and provide regular pipeline and metric updates.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, talent mapping, and sourcing best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or talent pipeline development.
  • Proven experience building talent pipelines independently for multiple vacancies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Boolean Search techniques and proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for high-volume, difficult-to-fill, or specialized positions.
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries or international markets.
