Job Detail:

Talent Acquisition Specialist role is required for an Interim period of 12 months during maternity leave of incumbent of the role.

The role focuses on supporting the sourcing needs of the business including but not limited to:--

Provide a pro-active and professional in-house recruitment support to the hiring managers within your regional area and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from identification of the role, through to on-boarding ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Providing on-going support to senior stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, revamping role profiles, fostering internal succession, advising of best practice and actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment and work closely with the respective People Business partners to deliver timely filling of positions as per SLA

Liaise with PBPs on Employee Life Cycle matters; run exit interview, analyze data, identify, and determines causes, draw insights and developing interventions on key recruitment KPIs for improvement of policies and practices

Working in partnership with agencies where required, manage Talent Acquisition vendors, including contracts and invoice process and proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies

Utilizing our global HR system, People Hub to ensure that all information is kept up to date for the team and also for the candidates and develop metrics, KPI´s and evaluate the effectiveness of various attraction tools/channels and outcomes

Job Specification:

First Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource management / Business Management or related fields and 4+ years relevant Talent Acquisition experience and understanding of the TA full cycle.
