Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect all incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality.
  • Issue items strictly based on approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory reports.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store.
  • Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items to management for action.
  • Ensure safe storage of chemicals, fertilizers, tools, and PPE according to company standards.
  • Work closely with procurement to monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certificate/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in storekeeping, preferably in an agricultural or manufacturing setup.
  • Strong record-keeping, organizational, and numerical skills.
  • Computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems).
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
