Job Summary:

The Spa Attendant is the backbone of the spa’s cleanliness and ambiance. You are responsible for ensuring all treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and wet areas are immaculate, fully stocked, and ready for therapists and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping: Clean treatment rooms after each service (changing linens, wiping down surfaces, mopping floors).
• Locker Room Maintenance: Ensure lockers, showers, and restrooms are spotless and replenished with amenities (towels, robes, slippers, toiletries).
• Laundry: Manage the flow of linens—washing, drying, folding, and stocking.
• Ambiance: Monitor music levels, lighting, and aromatherapy scents throughout the spa.
• Supply Management: Notify management of low inventory of cleaning supplies or guest amenities.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (laundry/ supplies).
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus.
