Key Responsibilities

As our Software Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code.
• Develop new features and enhance existing systems.
• Build scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot software issues.
• Perform system updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases while ensuring data integrity.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Management teams to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Implement software security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Deploy applications to testing and production environments using version control tools such as Git.
• Support CI/CD processes and software releases.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Provide technical support, user training, and assist with system integrations and API implementations.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in software development or a similar role.
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of databases, APIs and version control systems.
• Experience maintaining and improving software applications.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is an added advantage.
