Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Representative to manage our online presence. The goal is to build a strong digital community, showcase our services (nail art, hair styling, spa treatments), and drive appointment bookings through engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos of services (e.g., nail art close-ups, hair transformations, spa ambiance).
• Platform Management: Manage daily posts, stories, and reels on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Respond to comments and DMs promptly.
• Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects relaxation, luxury, and expertise.
• Influencer Outreach: Collaborate with local influencers and manage user-generated content (re-posting client photos).
• Campaigns: Create social media campaigns for holiday specials, new service launches, and promotions.
• Analytics: Track engagement metrics and growth to report on ROI and suggest strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management (preferably in beauty/hospitality).
• Proficiency in photo/video editing apps (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of trending hashtags and audio.
