About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our client's team. This role will involve managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting software and a proven track record in financial management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (for Senior Accountant).
• Entry-level position available for Junior Accountant with relevant internship experience.
