Background
The Security Warden III position is responsible for maintaining safety, security, and order within Ministry premises. This role supports the protection of personnel, visitors, property, and assets.
Responsibilities
Key duties include controlling access to buildings, monitoring entry and exit points, and conducting routine patrols to ensure compliance with security procedures. The Security Warden III will report incidents, irregular activities, or security breaches to relevant authorities and supervisors.
The role also involves enforcing safety protocols, assisting during emergencies, and ensuring that security equipment is used appropriately. Security Wardens may be required to collaborate with other security personnel and support investigations when necessary. Any other security-related duties assigned by supervisors will be undertaken as part of this role.
