JOB DETAILS:

OUR CLIENT IS HIRING

SECURITY OPERATIONS CONTROLLER

Location: Lavington, Nairobi

Salary: Ksh. 30,000 (Gross)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Criminology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience working as a Security Controller in the private security industry (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and digital surveillance tools.
• Strong computer proficiency and technical competence.
• Excellent command of English, including phonetic alphabet communication.
• Ability to work shifts and remain calm under pressure.
• Additional training in CCTV operations is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
