Background

Our Client, an FMCG Distributor located in Kisumu is URGENTLY looking to fill in the positions below:

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in the FMCG industry with at least 2 years supervising a Sales Team
• Must be computer literate and MUST have experience using a digitalized sales system
• Self-driven individual with the ability to achieve targets and motivate a team to achieve targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop solutions to problems.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
• A person of high integrity (A thorough background check is done BEFORE employment)
