Nexus Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Corporate Sales on behalf of their client.

Sales Supervisor - Corporate Sales

Location: Lunga Lunga Road, Nairobi

Salary: Ksh. 50,000 + Attractive Commission

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing corporate clients and sales teams.
• Experience selling industrial machinery, engineering equipment, construction equipment, garage solutions, or technical products will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
