About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Tire World. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate tire solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is an added advantage.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a sales role.
