They are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to drive growth by promoting high-quality solutions. This role involves frequent travel, direct client engagement, and building relationships across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets
- Execute and contribute to sales and marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Represent the organization at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client engagements
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and develop compelling proposals
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure efficient delivery and after-sales support
- Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven success in sales and marketing roles, ideally in security products or related industries
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel and working independently
- Strong relationship-building and customer servicing abilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented approach
