Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to drive student recruitment and expand our market reach. You will lead lead-generation efforts, oversee digital marketing initiatives, build strategic community partnerships, and manage the student admissions funnel to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student recruitment initiatives to achieve and exceed termly institutional enrollment targets.
• Manage multi-channel lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Oversee end-to-end admissions follow-ups with prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders and community channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Communications.

Experience: Demonstrable track record in sales, lead conversion, or digital marketing (prior experience in education or beauty marketing is a plus).

Skills: Exceptional oral/written communication, digital campaign management, persuasive negotiation, and target-driven mindset.
