SALES LEAD (FASHION & LIFESTYLE INDUSTRY)
Addy Group Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a client in the fashion and lifestyle industry for a results-driven, strategic, and accountable Sales Lead.
The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth through clear sales strategies, disciplined lead management, and consistent achievement of sales targets. This role focuses on converting leads, optimizing the sales pipeline, and providing direction on how sales targets will be met. The Sales Lead supports client onboarding from a sales perspective but does not serve as the primary client point of contact during service delivery.
Role Summary
The Sales Lead owns the sales function, ensuring structured lead conversion, strong pipeline management, and predictable revenue growth while working closely with Operations to enable smooth post-sale handovers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Target Ownership
- Develop and execute clear sales strategies aligned with overall revenue goals
- Set monthly sales targets and define actionable plans to achieve them
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies based on results and market feedback
- Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels
2. Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead intake through to conversion
- Conduct sales and briefing calls focused on closing and aligning expectations prior to handover
- Ensure qualified leads are clearly and accurately handed over to the operations team post-sale
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and outcomes
3. Sales Enablement & Process Improvement
- Develop and refine sales scripts, pricing communication, and objection-handling frameworks
- Recommend improvements to the sales funnel, CRM usage, and lead follow-up processes
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth handover and minimal friction after sale
4. Reporting & Accountability
- Provide daily and weekly sales performance reports to management
- Clearly communicate wins, risks, and pipeline gaps early, with proposed solutions
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or revenue growth roles
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Ability to build and execute structured sales strategies
- Data-driven with strong reporting and forecasting abilities
- Highly accountable, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Experience within a fashion, creative, retail, or lifestyle business is an added advantage
