Job Summary

This is a full-time; on-site role for the LOGBOOK LOANS, Sales Executive based in Nairobi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, meeting sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting loan products, closing sales, and providing post-sale support. The role also involves regular reporting and attendance at team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
