Our client, a premier electric motor and rotating equipment repair and rewind company based in Kenya, is hiring a Sales Executive to support their sales operations and client relationship management.
The company specializes in the repair, rewinding, and servicing of electric motors and rotating equipment for a diverse range of industrial clients. The role involves promoting products and services to new and existing clients, managing follow-ups, preparing contracts, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to drive results while supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities.
- Conduct marketing and outreach activities to selected clients and potential clients.
- Follow up with clients efficiently via phone and written communication.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Learn and understand the product range and key selling points.
- Work closely with the team to communicate lead times and manage client expectations.
- Prepare, edit, and finalize client contracts as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform strategy and improve performance.
Key Qualifications.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, client management, or marketing roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow up consistently.
