General Purpose
Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide backend and operational support to the Sales Team, ensuring seamless management of quotations, sales orders, client communication, CRM updates, and reporting. The role is central to maintaining accuracy, speed, and data integrity in the sales process and will directly support management decision-making through data analysis and structured reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations and sales orders in coordination with Sales Representatives and the Finance Department.
- Maintain a clear and organized record of all client interactions, quotations, and project documentation.
- Track the status of quotations and follow up on pending approvals, POs, and order confirmations.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client, project, and pipeline data.
- Ensure all leads, opportunities, and client activities are recorded and regularly updated.
- Generate CRM dashboards and weekly activity summaries for review.
- Compile and analyze sales performance data for management review.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting trends, conversion ratios, and pipeline status.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis for planning and decision-making.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients requiring support, documentation, or order updates.
- Coordinate internally with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and after-sales communication.
- Maintain and update the project database, ensuring visibility on status, timelines, and assigned sales leads.
- Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or gaps in documentation.
- Support the Sales Team in scheduling client meetings and managing key account communication.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or data-driven administrative role.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
- A proactive attitude with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
