Job Overview
Kick-start your career in hospitality sales through a hands-on learning experience designed to build your skills and confidence. This internship offers structured exposure to hotel sales operations, where you will learn by doing through supporting real business activities such as client engagement, bookings, and event coordination. You will gain practical knowledge in sales processes, customer relationship management, and revenue generation while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic hotel environment.
What You Will Learn
- Sales administration and coordination techniques (Scheduling, contracts, client communication)
- Managing client databases and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing professional proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Lead generation strategies including research, telesales, and email outreach
- Client engagement through site inspections and after-sales service

- Time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and client engagement
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Customer-centric mindset and business awareness
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 0-1 year experience (or strong interest) in sales or office administration
- Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive attitude
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); PMS/Delphi knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English
