The Safeguarding & Code of Conduct Coordinator serves as a vital link between HQ Safeguarding & Code of Conduct and Country Operations, ensuring that investigations, prevention efforts, and safeguarding measures are implemented to a consistent global standard while remaining responsive to local contexts and specificities. The position leads case handling (investigations and monitoring) primarily within the assigned geographical scope, provides expert advisory support to Country Operations, and contributes to global prevention, capacity building, and compliance tracking in alignment with the centralized Safeguarding & Code of Conduct model.

Investigations & Case Handling

Coordinate with the Global Registrar to ensure clear, accurate intake documentation and timely case allocation- and actively contribute to the Global Intake Committee.
