Bachelor's degree in any related field from a recognized institution

Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in SME or Retail banking relationship management, or sales within a financial institution

Proven track record in deposits generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio management.

Hands-on experience in cross-selling banking products such as digital banking, loans

Experience working in a branch environment with demonstrated customer engagement and sales skills

Familianty with regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and credit analysis
