• Drive business growth and profitability across branches in the assigned region.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and their teams.
• Ensure achievement of collection, portfolio quality, loan growth, and operational targets.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and support.
• Identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports and actionable insights.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within financial services, microfinance, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and leading high-performing teams.
