Responsibilities or duties

  • Analyze clients' financial capabilities and specific needs to propose the most suitable residential or commercial property solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities to provide clients with data-driven recommendations.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Drive property sales through targeted advertisements, professional networking, and diligent follow-up on all inquiries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial client inquiry through to the final closing of the deal.
  • Schedule and lead professional site visits and property viewings to showcase key features to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate property prices and contract terms on behalf of the company to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.
  • Ensure all legal documentation and sales contracts are accurately completed in full compliance with local property laws and regulations.

Qualifications or requirements 

  • Female Candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, investment, or a consultative client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation, presentation, and relationship building.
  • Deep understanding of local property laws, market trends, and financial requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce), MLS, or property management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Valid real estate license.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and property valuations.
