Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing real estate or construction projects from initiation to completion.

Proven expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Ms. Project, Primavera, or similar).

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of sustainability and innovative buy solutions is advantageous.
