We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Program Manager to manage and grow the Develop Your Leadership Potential (DYLP) program. The successful candidate will ensure seamless delivery, measurable impact, and sustained growth by collaborating closely with internal teams, partners, and clients.

About the Program – Develop Your Leadership Potential (DYLP)
The DYLP program equips emerging and existing leaders with the practical skills needed to inspire, influence, and drive high-performing teams. Participants gain self-awareness, leadership confidence, and communication mastery—enabling them to lead with authenticity and achieve results that matter.
Role Overview
The Program Manager – DYLP drives visibility, enrolment, and client satisfaction for the program. At the outset, the role requires a deep understanding of the DYLP philosophy and value proposition, particularly how it strengthens leadership capability and improves organizational culture and performance.
Key areas of contribution include:
Program Growth: Drive enrolments and revenue through consultative engagement with clients.
Visibility: Expand DYLP’s presence through workshops, strategic partnerships, and professional events.
Collaboration & Excellence: Work closely with trainers, marketing, and support teams to ensure exceptional program delivery.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, corporate clients, and learning networks to expand reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate enrolments and revenue for the DYLP program.
Conduct consultative conversations with organizations to identify leadership development needs.
Present customized program solutions that demonstrate clear ROI in leadership and team performance.
Deliver professional presentations and demos to HR, L&D, and senior management audiences.
Maintain an active sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main contact for enrolled participants and corporate clients.
Build strong, long-term partnerships with HR, L&D, and organizational leaders.
Ensure smooth onboarding, clear communication, and timely updates for all clients.
Collect testimonials, success stories, and feedback demonstrating program value.
Program Coordination & Delivery
Oversee logistical and operational aspects of program delivery.
Coordinate facilitators, venues, and participant communication for seamless execution.
Manage materials, attendance, and reporting for each session.
Support trainers with setup, participant feedback, and post-program follow-ups.
Reporting & Insights
Maintain accurate CRM records on clients, leads, and enrolments.
Prepare reports on revenue performance, enrolment numbers, and client activity.
Track program trends, feedback scores, and completion rates for continuous improvement.
Brand & Market Development
Represent the organization at leadership events, conferences, and HR forums.
Build professional networks to promote DYLP and share impact stories.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional content and client success features.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Leadership, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 3–6 years in program management, leadership development, sales, or corporate training.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
CRM proficiency and comfort with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom/Teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Enrolment and revenue targets achieved.
Lead-to-enrolment conversion rate.
Client satisfaction and participant feedback scores.
Retention through repeat clients and referrals.
