Our Client is Hiring Production Manager (Restaurant)
2+ years experience in a kitchen supervisory or production role
Experience in production/centralized/catering kitchens is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Familiarity with inventory systems & production planning tools
