Role Context

This is a critical leadership role connecting creative design with manufacturing execution. The successful candidate will oversee production planning, quality control, supplier relationships, inventory, workshop operations, safety, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

We’re looking for a professional who brings:

  • 5–7+ years of production management experience in premium/luxury fashion, garments, bags, or leather goods
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Fashion Design/Apparel Technology, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing workshop teams, production budgets, and premium supplier networks
  • Strong understanding of luxury garment construction, premium fabrics, high-end finishing, and pattern manipulation
  • Working knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and OSHA 2007
  • Proficiency in production planning tools, MS Excel, and fashion-focused ERP systems
