About the role

The Product Manager – ERP is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the organization's ERP ecosystem, ensuring business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Human Resources, Projects, and Service Management are supported through scalable and efficient enterprise solutions.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the ERP product roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage ERP product backlogs and prioritize enhancements based on business value and operational impact.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee successful production releases.
  • Manage ERP upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and module deployments.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations teams to optimize business processes.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase ERP adoption and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience supporting ERP or enterprise business applications.
  • Experience delivering ERP products from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, HR, and Projects.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as IFS, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent solutions.
  • Experience managing Agile product backlogs using Jira, Azure DevOps, Productboard, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience translating business requirements into product solutions.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • ERP Product Management certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or Pragmatic Product Management certifications.
  • Experience working with IFS ERP, particularly IFS Cloud implementations and product enhancements.
  • Experience managing ERP integrations using APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ERP-native reporting solutions.
  • Experience working in healthcare, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies for enterprise systems.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation and business process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP deployment models and SaaS product delivery.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and system interoperability.
  • Experience with Product Analytics tools and KPI measurement frameworks.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD practices, and modern software delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements affecting ERP systems.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and multi-country ERP deployments.
  • Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, data modelling, APIs, or technical integration concepts to facilitate communication with engineering teams.
