Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for IT hardware, CCTV equipment and related services.
  • Request and analyze quotations and preparation of comparison sheets.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up on confirmation.
  • Maintain supplier records and pricing databases.
  • Track shipments and coordinate deliveries to project sites.
  • Assist with import and delivery documentation.
  • Maintain organized procurement files and records.
  • Coordinate with projects, technical, and finance teams.
  • Support the identification of any potential procurement risk such as supply delays, quality issues or compliance concerns.
  • Continuous improvement – always follow best practices and suggest improvement where appropriate.

Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in procurement such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply), Supply Chain Management (CIPS-UK /CPSP-K) or its equivalent is an added advantage.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in procurement. (internship experience counts)
  • Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and practices.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
