Our client, a reputable industrial machinery company in Greece, is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join their production team. The successful candidate will handle industrial painting tasks involving machinery and metal parts within a controlled workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare machinery surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and priming.
- Apply paint layers using industrial painting equipment and techniques.
- Ensure high‑quality finishing and adherence to safety and technical standards.
- Mix paints according to required specifications and color guidelines.
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and workspace in excellent condition.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily painting targets.
Job Requirements
- Men aged 23 to 40 years old.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a painter in an industrial environment or car bodyshop.
- Ability to provide video proof of painting work, demonstrating skill and technique.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and capable of handling industrial painting tasks.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to follow safety procedures strictly.
Benefits
- 8‑hour workdays, 6 days per week.
- Monthly salary of 930€ (≈143,000 KES) net.
- Overtime compensation provided for additional hours worked.
- Free accommodation near the worksite in a furnished shared apartment (electricity & water included) with 1–2 Kenyan colleagues.
- Free public health insurance under the Greek state system.
- 1‑year renewable employment contract.
- No limit on future contracts, supporting long‑term residence and employment in Greece.
