DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate all investigative activities within the organization.
  • Collect, analyze, and document evidence related to cases.
  • Ensure proper handling of investigative procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Conduct interviews with witnesses, suspects, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed investigation reports and present findings to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines during investigations.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, legal teams, and other relevant agencies.
  • Plan and oversee the deployment of personnel, resources, and equipment based on operational needs.
  • Assess readiness and ensure teams are properly trained and equipped.
  • Develop risk assessment strategies to minimize operational risks.
  • Maintain communication with field teams to provide support and updates.
  • Prepare post-deployment reports and conduct debriefings.
  • Prepare supervision reports and review the supervision plan after new deployments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to streamline operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of investigations and deployments for reporting purposes.
  • Analyze operational trends and recommend improvements.

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security Management, or a related field
  • 2 Years’ experience in investigations, law enforcement and security operations
