Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead cross-departmental operations within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and legal acumen, with a proven track record of coordinating multiple units and driving organizational success. You will play a critical role in guiding Heads of Departments (HoDs) and ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate, guide, and support Heads of Departments (HoDs) across multiple business units to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Financial Strategy & Analysis: Utilize advanced financial data interpretation skills to drive profitability, optimize departmental budgets, and improve operational efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operational units strictly adhere to statutory hospitality laws, industry regulations, and local licensing requirements.
• Process Optimization: Oversee and improve cross-departmental workflows to enhance overall service delivery and support organizational development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field. (Additional knowledge in Accounting or Law is highly preferred).
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of proven cross-departmental management experience, specifically within the hospitality industry.
• Industry Expertise: Deep, up-to-date understanding of statutory hospitality laws and licensing requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced capability in financial data interpretation and strategic reporting.
• Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated success in leading and unifying management teams (HoDs) across multi-unit operations.
