Background

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an Operations Manager for a luxury private island based in Madagascar. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly guest-focused hospitality professional to lead front-of-house operations, drive service excellence, and support the General Manager in maintaining world-class standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior front-of-house or operations role within a luxury lodge, resort, or private island environment
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
• Excellent guest relations, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional service in high-end hospitality settings
• Flexible, hands-on approach and ability to adapt to remote island living
• Sound understanding of operational logistics, stock control, and financial management

Package

• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
• Live-in position
• Accommodation, meals, Wi-Fi, laundry service, medical cover
• Two flights per annum

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
