Responsibilities
The Office & Finance Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping duties. The role requires strong organizational skills to maintain efficient workflows and support the team effectively.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analysis and reporting, is essential. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative or program support is required. Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge is necessary, along with strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
