Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a vibrant and motivated professional to manage office operations while supporting sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a dynamic and challenging position that combines administration and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and digital platforms, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and ensure clients fully understand offerings.
  • Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client presentations to increase brand awareness and generate revenue.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads; prepare quotes, proposals, and invoices.
  • Onboard new clients and prepare client service contracts.
  • Drive brand awareness across platforms and prepare analytical reports on reach and marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
  • Brainstorm and conceptualize proposals for clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and suggest improvements to achieve marketing goals.
  • Promote existing services and introduce new products to the market.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and communication.
  • Handle post-delivery service, address client feedback, and resolve complaints.
  • Compile individual sales and activity reports, manage petty cash, and prepare operational reports.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and optimal use of resources.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong crisis management skills and high integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
